Built by hand in Milan
Rocket Espresso builds its machines in Milan: stainless steel and brass, assembled by hand, most of them around the E61 group that has been the reference for espresso since the 1960s.
The range runs from a compact heat-exchange machine that fits on a home worktop to saturated-group commercial machines that hold their temperature through a Saturday rush - and the same company builds the grinders to go with them.

The service centre in Tashkent
An espresso machine is not a purchase, it is a relationship. This is the part most sellers in the region skip, and it is the reason to buy from us.
Installation and water
We test your water before the machine is switched on and fit the right filtration. Tashkent water is hard, and scale is what kills espresso machines here - everything else is a distant second.
Scheduled maintenance
Gaskets, shower screens, valves and seals replaced on a plan, during your quiet hours, so nothing fails in the middle of service.
Genuine spare parts
The wear parts are held in Tashkent. A gasket or a solenoid is a same-week job, not a six-week wait on a courier from Europe.

Are you the official Rocket Espresso distributor in Uzbekistan?
Yes - official distributor and authorised service centre. Machines are imported officially, the warranty is honoured inside Uzbekistan, and our own technicians carry out the work.
Do you service Rocket machines that were bought somewhere else?
Talk to us. We service Rocket machines in Uzbekistan; warranty cover applies to machines supplied by us, and anything else is quoted as a normal service job.
How long does a spare part take?
The common wear parts - gaskets, shower screens, seals, solenoids - are kept in Tashkent, so most repairs happen the same week. Rarer parts are ordered from Milan, and we will tell you the honest lead time up front.
Which machine should a new cafe buy?
For most cafes in Tashkent a two-group BOXER is the right answer; a one-group suits a small bar, a hotel floor or an office. Tell us your cups per day and we will say so if a cheaper machine is enough.
Do you install the machine and sort out the water?
Yes, and we insist on it. Installation includes a water test and the right filter - a machine running on unfiltered Tashkent water will scale up within months.
How long is the warranty?
It depends on the model and on whether the machine is for home or commercial use. Ask us for the exact terms on the machine you are considering and we will put them in writing.
