Shavi Coffee Roasters · Tashkent
Bold coffee, roasted in Tashkent
Shavi is the Georgian word for black - the depth, the intensity and the pure potential waiting inside every bean. We came from Tbilisi, we roast on Buyuk Turon, and we pour in two coffee shops in Tashkent.

A cup worth crossing town for
Roasted this week
Our roastery is in the same building as our coffee shop. What is in your cup was green coffee a few days ago, not a few months.
Espresso and filter
A house espresso that stays honest in milk, and a rotating filter coffee for the mornings you want to taste something new. Batch brew is always on.
Stay a while
Wi-Fi, sockets, a summer patio and enough table to open a laptop. Nobody is going to hurry you out.
Shavi people
The faces behind the counter
Baristas, roasters, regulars and people walking in for the first time. Coffee is a human story - come and be part of ours in Tashkent.

The roastery
We roast in Tashkent, for Tashkent
Green coffee comes to us from producers we know by name. It is roasted on Buyuk Turon in small batches, rested, and delivered to our own counters and to the cafes we work with across the city - usually within days of leaving the drum.
Our storyEquipment
Official distributor of Hario and Rocket Espresso
The tools we use every day are the tools we import. Genuine equipment, stock in Tashkent, warranty and service handled here - not shipped back to Europe.
For business
Serve Shavi in your cafe
Wholesale coffee roasted weekly in Tashkent, the equipment to brew it on, training for your team, and an ordering portal that replaces the chat thread.
